Will the package be discrete?

All our parcels are shipped in non-descript boxes. There are no identifying characteristics on the parcel or any listing of its contents.

Can you purchase online and pay with a gift card?

Yes! Once you complete the ‘checkout details’ form you can apply your gift card using the code provided before proceeding to check out.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your package leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number by email that you can input onto the couriers website to get up to date information as to where your package currently is and an estimated delivery date.

Do you ship according to my PayPal address?

We do not use the shipping information provided by PayPal. The shipping address you enter during the checkout process is the address your order will be shipped to.

How do you ship?

We ship via Canada Post, UPS and FedEx. Keep in mind that UPS does not ship to PO boxes. We provide shipping confirmation and tracking number from the chosen courier via email the day your order ships. Your product is shipped within 24 hours as long as it is in stock as indicated on each product page.

What is your return policy?

Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.

Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned unless defective or still sealed by the manufacturers seal.

Can I place my order over the phone?

All orders must be placed online. We cannot place an order over the phone.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order anytime up till the order has been designated shipped.

What can I sell on Kink Toystore?

To maintain the integrity of our marketplace. You can sell any adult product that fits within the confines of our site. The products must be manufactured by you (the vendor).  You cannot resell 3rd party items.

I submitted an application to become a vendor, why can’t I login to my vendor account?

Before you can log into your vendor account, we need to approve you as a vendor this can take between 24-48 hours.  Once this step is completed you will be emailed a vendor agreement that needs to be completed, singed and returned to us before you can access your account.

How much does it cost to be a vendor?

We charge a commission of 10% per sale.

If you have 5 or under products to sell your vendor account is completely free. If you have more, we have multiple vendor membership options. See “Vendor Membership” at the top of the site.

How do I get paid as a vendor?

You will be paid your commission, taxes and the cost of shipping automatically on a weekly basis via PayPal.

How do I ship as a vendor?

Each order’s shipping costs and taxes are transferred to you with your commission.  You are responsible for the cost of shipping with a credited shipment method.  You must provide both your customer and Kink Toystore with a valid tracking number for each order.
